Poem: To be of use
I came across this poem last night that immediately resonated with me. There are some lines in here that I could pull out & stare at forever. Like these:
I love people who harness themselves, an ox to a heavy cart...
The work of the world is common as mud.
And of course the last line, The pitcher cries for water to carry and a person for work that is real.
