All of us are inspired by something. Whether you're knitting scarves, taking photos, arranging furniture or composing the perfect post. The way you do it is inspired by something else - consciously or unconsciously - what you are creating stems from something you've seen, heard or experienced in the past.
I recently picked up interior designer Tricia Guild's book Inspiration (thanks to the recommendation this podcast). It's like one big inspiration board compiled into one big beautiful book, chock full of amazing work.
It's gotten me thinking about my own inspiration - and the importance of keeping it top of mind and expanding it as much as possible.
Here's one I'd add to my book of inspiration, Silver Birches in Spring by Wolf Kahn:
