Inspiration: Children's Books
I'm working on my Big Ideas Small Studios collaboration piece for the NSS this year - which is all about nursery rhymes (stay tuned for more on this) and am feeling so inspired by the childrens books that Julia Rothman features on her blog, Book By Its Cover. She has a Children's tab that is full of gems for the little ones. Shown here are images from A is for Rhinoceros, alphabet cards by Julie Morstad, and An Awesome Book.

I love those alphabet cards!! The fonts and drawing style take me back to kindergarten and Highlights magazines in the doctor's office. I can't wait to see what you have up your sleeve for the show!
