While I was in Boston this weekend, John was busy planting these seedlings (left) & building this large garden bed (right) in our backyard. If it were not for his brother's help (and a few friends who stopped by to say hi, only to be put to work), I'm not sure if this would have happened. Or happened so quickly. Our little garden will now be home to many varieties of tomatoes and squash, cucumbers, eggplants, basil, rosemary, cilantro, parsley, and strawberries. (I might have even missed a few in there.) I'm so impressed & even more excited for bbq season!
