Eeeek! What is it about these kinda ugly, kinda really cool boots that makes me want them so badly? Maybe it was the couple of girls I saw sporting them in LA. I don't know if I could pull them off - but man do I want these bad! (sans feathers, natch!)Get yourself some fringe here or here.
