John turned some of our cucumbers into pickles. And they. are. delish!! And pretty simple:
sliced cucumbers
apple cider vinegar
onions
sugar
salt & pepper
Next up is the tzatziki recipe sk recommended. I love tzatziki, but have never thought to make my own until now. Mmmm.

Also, I think the recipe could use a bit more cucumber than called for (or else my cucumbers were smaller than normal...) Enjoy!
